I had an issue with the app on the middle weekend - my films' barcodes wouldn't show (just as well I had hardcopy tickets) - it was fixed by uninstalling then reinstalling

scullyfoxmulder Reliable and intuitive. Please don't add too many bells n whistles next year as this works well already doesnt it Bob? I had one tiny issue with a scanner at the Forum but that issue seemed to be for several other patrons as well.
