Multiple levels of difficulty will have your body prepared to outlast any opponent you may face while helping you develop muscles to improve your explosiveness. Whether in sparring, or in a full-fledged competitive fight, Fitivity’s MMA program will have you performing exercises to build your fitness level so you are able to dominate. You will find it easier to stay sharp and precise with your movements as you begin to fatigue, allowing you to focus on superior technique during a fight.

MMA takes a specific conditioning training routine with exercises unique to the moves you will have to perform. Kicks, punches, and other motions that may be difficult or just new to you will be made easier by stretches and exercises designed to build the conditioning foundation for a fighter with low risk of injury and overall high fitness. MMA conditioning training helps the body understand and build muscle memory, so MMA motions become second nature.

Whatever stage you are at as an MMA fighter, our conditioning program will benefit your training performance in sparring and when the time to fight finally arrives!

Good but keeps crashing It lets you to browse some exercises and then crashes. Buggy... SGNote3.

I think it's a keeper Exercise at your own pace, great tutorials and alternative options if you don't have equipment. Really liked this app and workout 1.
