Mobile C64

Mobile C64

Emulator for the popular 80's home computer C64. Can be controller via touchscreen, trackball, keyboard and/or external USB/bluetooth controller. Offers an on-screen keyboard for text input. Comes with some Public Domain games, f.e. Elite, Kickstart oder Attack of the Mutant Camels, ready to play! Other games can be added to the SD card and played from there.

The emulator is not the fastest, so that a fast CPU is recommended for running it smoothly.

The permission to write to SD card is required in order to be able to save changes to .d64 files.

Recent changes:
-zipped C64 images now need to contain the original file type in their filename, e.g. mygame.d64.zip instead of mygame.zip, or they won't get recognized by the emulator

1st C=64 emulator I can get to work ...but it runs at 60-80%, making it unplayable. Music kills at 20 or 10%. On-screen joystick makes you cover part of your game. Joystick has too much threshold (feels 'loose'), maybe make it more reactive? Even a (togglable?) audio feedback won't be bad (like the old 'click' of real mechanical ones). Please, improve! :(

Uhh I cant navagate to other directories in the 'attach disk' menu. And why do i have unsuspend all the time if i go out of the app? 12/6/2014 still no eazy way to brows files. Sraching my head. Like hey, custom defualt disks location setting would let this thing work.
