Why does Mobiwol show as if using a VPN connection?

This is superficial. We've used technology available to us from within the VPN packaging module offered by Android to be able to gain visibility to your applications' network activities. However, no actual VPN connection is being made, no data is being sent externally by our application, and we do not tamper with the security of your personal data, so you can continue using your apps with peace of mind, and confidence that you will not end up with a higher than usual data bill at the end of the month.

Ignores lte traffic Like the other firewall apps out there, any traffic or apps requesting data through 4glte seems to be ignored. By ignored, I mean, allowed with full access, no questions asked.

On S5 Even with new update still won't block some apps while on LTE network. Other than that it's perfect

Awesome app It will be great if we have the option to hide the icon in notification bar or at least we should be allowed to make it transparent.

It works fine but risky As said, all seems ok but I am not sure if they collect or not any info from the data traffic they filter
