Does nothing! Tested on mytouch 3g(htc glacier), cliq2(moto mb611), zte warp, and a few others. No performance increase or benchmark score. Sometimes makes apps laggy. AOS doesn't work like Windows w/ priority changes so not clear how this actually works. Assume it just changes niceness which makes this a joke. Also wonder why no update in forever?
