mSherlock

What’s wrong with my mobile device?
mSherlock is a simple diagnostic tool to see if your mobile device’s camera, flash, display, hard keys and other hardware are working properly. This application helps you narrow-down the causes of component problems that you might experience when using your device with various applications. This simple app determines if the following hardware and internal components are functioning correctly. mSherlock checks your device’s:
*Sensor components, *Radio components, *Screen and Display *Camera components, *Audio components, *Vibration components, *LED

In addition to allowing you to check your device components, mSherlock will track and log when your software apps crash, and when device crashes occur. These logs will be stored locally and periodically uploaded to our server for more in depth analysis and for development of additional software resolutions. Note that NO PERSONAL IDENTIFYING INFORMATION IS COLLECTED, AND ANY INFORMATION COLLECTED WILL NOT BE TRANSMITTED OR SOLD TO ADVERTISERS. Your privacy is important to us! The information will be used strictly to diagnosis application crashes, software glitches, for a better user experience. A list of items logged here:

Star N9599T There's 2 parts to this app. 1) diagnostics - overly simple, doesn't even diagnose hardware not installed. 2) crash logs - I see no new folders where logs would be placed. *) additionally, many files have just appeared in /sdcard/LOST.DIR which may or may not be to do with this app but aren't fun

Decent, but.... Teaser lol Looks good, nice gui, seems solid and all.. but I assumed this would contain more in depth detailed system and/or driver info, to narrow down whether its a hardware issue itself? settings?, sys?, other then the "shake, twist, cover the light and... "do you hear anything??" type testing my grandpa did when me was young on his wood bike lol.. Anyways... I like it so far though, just better more work is all.. still got a good rating... more details would be a must though Dev...
