User reviews of Google Play Music
Very confusing interface, not at all intuitive especially when it comes to wanting to save or DL songs. Must jump through myriad confusing menu layouts. I like that the album art is there, but half the time it isn't the right artist or alot of the time the art is garbled looking, much like you would take a small icon pic and zoom it out. Blocky looking, not at all clear and this happens alot. Eats up alot of data. Also have noticed that on radio, it sometimes gets stuck playing the same songs in a loop instead of adding new songs to the list. The biggest factor to me is the useability being so darned confusing. Pull this up, pull it down, try to find where to DL. Shouldn't be near this confusing.

The sound quality is very good (v4.1.512). I've tried many players, but this one has the best overall sound so far on my Motorola Defy+ (you need a phone with above average sound quality to hear significant differences, on many phones the differences are negligible). The interface is ok for me.

This is the best app since sliced bread was invented, I see some don't like it for one reason or another and some do like it but I have the Nexus Prime 4G and I believe that this app was best suited for the higher end phones like mine because I don't have one complaint I am so glad I didn't fall for those crappy phones like the Droid Incredible and others whee to my knowledge their junk and that is why I went for a Google phone and the Nexus Prime is the best phone to date. Remember, "Buy only the best and you won't be sorry."

Worst App EVER! Interface is incomplete and requires returning up through several levels to get back to artists. On several occasions this app began playing music and switching songs on it's own. App does not have an exit function or anything to make it quit - had to kill it in app manager. Skip this one and go with any other as it never should have left beta.

Good, some improvements Can you change the notification on Android lollipop to have a skip back button. It only has forward. The old system had back and forward.

I can't use last version Last version does not work on my car using Bluetooth. It pauses randomly! By the way, I can see what I'm playing on the screen! Awesome.

If it ain't broke... Fix it anyways? Is that what you think, Google? InN my opinion, this new app is no better than the last one. While there were some much needed improvements, there were also some negative changes too. -First, the new interface is more obtrusive and draws more power from Amoled displays. -Second, the equalizer was buried in the settings menu for whatever reason. -Third, they removed the awesome carousel effect for landscape.
