Messaging with 'Gurus' doesn't work Try to initiate text conversation with a 'Guru', and one will reply promptly enough, but there is no text box, and nor does the keyboard come up, so you're stuck watching your 'guru' going "is anybody there" until they, understandably, give up. This happens one both a Moto G 4G phone and a Nexus 7 tablet.

Used to work Used to work before but when I bought a new handset it wont let me sign in, even though I have the same details and everything. I have to repeatedly input passwords and codes before it lets me in. Wont let me add a new quick pin! This is useless.
