Ok Keep getting code 4 message and tells me I have no data when I clearly have as I have 20 days left and I know I don't use that much. Please sort!

When it works... It is great... When it works! Which sadly is not very often, it constantly fails to sign me in, then when I do eventually get in it crashes on the next thing I ask it to do.. In its present form this app is a total frustrating waste of time and space. I hate it.
