rubbish app not as good as telstra Bill payment option does not remember card details. You have to type in numbers every time. Once done the app does not register the bill paid. I have paid bills twice because app didn't acknowledge successful payment

APP STILL DOESN'T WORK after 1yr 2mths since last review! Since my review on 12-Feb-2014, I've reinstalled this app but once again, am highly disappointed with Optus. This mobile app is still useless and a waste of space as it still DOES NOT WORK on my Samsung Galaxy S4 LTE! After opening, it presents a WELCOME message: "The My Optus app is experiencing difficulties handling the current process. We apologise for the inconvenience. Please try again later." then closes itself. WHAT A JOKE! I am also sick of calling & getting transferred to overseas call centres!

I can't see any of my usage. Updated it and still nothing. Tried all the fixes and it still won't work
