The My Resident Network Mobile App (MRN) gives you the ability to view and pay your rent, and any other associated charges like utilities, in a convenient and simple fashion. MRN brings all the functionality of our award winning online resident portal directly to your mobile device. MRN is a cutting edge mobile app that gives you an “anytime, anywhere” approach to viewing and paying your monthly rent and utility charges. Additionally, residents can view important community information, such as leasing office hours, management contact information, and different events that are taking place. Also, residents can submit maintenance requests via the My Property Request feature and get updates via push, text, or email on the status of their most recent request.*

• Set up recurring payments (auto pay) for ease and convenience via ACH or Credit Card
• Make a onetime payment via ACH or Credit Card
• View current and past charges
• View a complete payment history
• Enroll in paperless billing

• View helpful community information such as leasing office hours, contact information, etc.

MOST UNSTABLE APP EVER DEVELOPED ** Tested on multiple devices ** This is the most unstable and poorly developed app I have ever used! I have tested it on multiple devices, including 7 smart phones and 3 tablets, all ending with the same horrible results. This company and the developers should be ashamed of themselves for creating and releasing such a monstrosity!

Garbage I have no idea how this is even consider as a viable option for paying rent, the app is broken really broken, when I click make a payment wich sometimes pops up, it just sits there and loads and if you try to back out to do something while it is loading it logs you out and all progress is forfeited

App doesnt work The app doesnt recognize my login info. I can use the website, but this app is broken.
