Conceived from Besanopoli, creative agency based in Milano, for ASPI, Associazione della sommellerie professionale Italiana, My Sommelier is equipped with an ingenious and complicated algorithm that combines food and wines considering their organoleptic qualities, studied by ASPI, led by champion Giuseppe Vaccarini, the only association allowed to reppresent in it's country ASI, Association de la sommellerie Internationale.
It is therefore not a question of simple personal experience but of applied science to dining.

Choose a dish and My Sommelier will advise you on the best wine to match, it could be one or many, or it could also happen that there isn't a perfect one, because My Sommellier chooses only perfect matches. Don't get depressed, dining is modern science, with a few thousands of years behind.
