my Sun Life Mobile allows you to submit mobile claims with instant claims processing and gives you instant access to all your health, drug and vision care benefit information.

Depending on your plan or policy, my Sun Life Mobile gives you access to:
• Drug coverage – including alternatives for many drugs that could provide you with cost-saving opportunities; detailed drug information; and drug claims history.
• Full coverage details for health and vision care, including: deductibles, maximums, eligibility and more
• Submit and track medical, dental and vision claims
• Remaining balances for paramedical services and health spending and personal spending accounts, and
• Access extended health coverage information - deductibles, maximums, eligibility and more
• Mobile drug and travel cards
• Make a lump sum contribution to an eligible product
• Check your retirement plan balances and contributions, and
• Access interactive tools, videos and tutorials and information articles (available to everyone)
• Relevant additional services and offers

Horrible Greatly disappointed with the app. Interface and visual aspect looks like it was done by an amateur from the 90s. Extremely lack of features. Their website is packed with many tools and features, although it can be confusing to use at times. But this app coming from a giant corporation is a joke. Even the stock Google alarm clock on my phone has more features than this.

Good but some issues It's handy to have this application locally. But there's a few issues. When I'm submitting a claim and I need to edit a field, it makes me redo the whole thing. Also, when adding prices, it should automatically add them to the "total" field.

Just ok. A lot of room for improvement When I submit a claim that isn't fully covered, at the end it asks me if I want to submit the remainder to my Health Spending Account. Of course I select yes. I would expect the remainder is then submitted to my HSA. What actually happens is the app sends you back to the first screen again and you have to start an entirely new HSA claim and input the date, provider, etc. It doesn't even auto populate the amount that you are claiming. This is redundant and unnecessary.

Wow, unbelievably bad. This is useless. I agree with most reviewers here...come on Sunlife, if you spent more then a grant on this app development you were ripped off! Spend $10,000 to $20,000 on development and do it right. We all know you have to money.
