my Sun Life Mobile allows you to submit mobile claims with instant claims processing and gives you instant access to all your health, drug and vision care benefit information.

Depending on your plan or policy, my Sun Life Mobile gives you access to:
• Drug coverage – including alternatives for many drugs that could provide you with cost-saving opportunities; detailed drug information; and drug claims history.
• Full coverage details for health and vision care, including: deductibles, maximums, eligibility and more
• Submit and track medical, dental and vision claims
• Remaining balances for paramedical services and health spending and personal spending accounts, and
• Access extended health coverage information - deductibles, maximums, eligibility and more
• Mobile drug and travel cards
• Make a lump sum contribution to an eligible product
• Check your retirement plan balances and contributions, and
• Access interactive tools, videos and tutorials and information articles (available to everyone)
• Relevant additional services and offers

Not Compatible with a Samsung tablet?? WTF Sunlife? TIP for Sunlife Director of PR - hire a better agency next time you create an app. Or if developed internally, hire some PROFESSIONAL talent that has broader UIX and development experience ...

Are you kidding me This is a web app bundle in Android app. Seriously !! You don't have any expertise to build a professionnel application ?

Good, but... Good, but my dental coverage doesn't show up on the app. Only if I log onto the desktop site.

Easy to use once set up One of the problems I'm sure a number of you are having was being able to submit your claims through the app. You must have your account set up for direct deposit online first through SunLife's website first , and then you will be able to use the app to submit your claims.
