My Vodafone app is a one-stop destination for managing your Vodafone account, bill payments, mobile recharges,buying bonus cards and checking mobile usage. You can also discover our exclusive 121 offers for recharge packs,internet plans (2G/3G) etc. The app is available for all Vodafone India Prepaid and Postpaid customers.

Postpaid customers can avail the following features using the app:
• View current bill details, charges, unbilled amount, credit limit etc.
• Pay bills (with Credit Card, Debit Card and Net Banking) for self & other Postpaid numbers
• View Recent Bill Payments
• View / Change Bill preferences (e-bill or paper bill)
• View current voice plan details, data plan details and mobile internet (2G/3G) usage
• Link and Manage multiple Vodafone accounts from your phone, quickly pay bills and recharge balance for other Vodafone mobile numbers
• Recharge and bill payment for friends or family
• Explore New Data plans (2G/3G)and pay to subscribe the plan
• Activate / Deactivate Value Added Services
• Recharge and bill payment for dongle services
• Track status of recent service requests / complaints regarding payments or other issues
• View and purchase Best Offersfor postpaid bill plans, bonus cards, internet packs etc.

With My Vodafone App, Prepaid customers can avail following features of My Vodafone App
• Check main and bonus balance
• Recharge account with Credit Card, Debit Card and Net Banking
• View recent recharges and balance deductions
• View current internet data plan details and data usage
•Recharge and bill payment for other Vodafone prepaid mobile numbers
• View and buy New Data Plans (2G/3G)
• Activate / Deactivate Value Added Services
• Track status of recent service requests / complaints regarding payments or other issues
• Bill payment and recharge for dongle services
• View and subscribe to Best Offers and your exclusive offers for prepaid plans, recharges, bonus cards, internet packs etc. and pay for them to avail the offers

We take following permissions before installing the app on your mobile for different reasons.
• Storage: We save some data locally on your phone to avoid frequent access of network and enable faster app launch. Please note that we do not save any of this information on our systems.
• Find Location: This is required to help you locate our nearest Vodafone stores.
• Read Contacts: This helps you manage multiple numbers without having the trouble to manually type them and pay bills or recharge for your friends or family.
• Directly call phone numbers: In case, you feel the need to reach us & choose the option of dialing 199 or any circle specific helpline, this helps app to directly call the respective numbers.
• SD Card access: This is required in case you choose to move the application to the SD card to save phone memory.
• Accounts on device: this is required to track any unexpected issues/bugs on the app (related to recharges, bill payments and other app features), so that they get reported correctly & we can fix them in the future releases.

Please note few points while using My Vodafone App:
• The app can be used by Vodafone India customers only (not available for business customers)
• You will need a valid Vodafone number and One Time Password to use the app, recharge, pay bills and manage accounts.
•For new Vodafone customers or ones who have recently migrated from prepaid connection to postpaid bill plan, some account information will be available only after the first bill
• The application is available for free of cost on Google Play Store.However, data usage charges will apply while downloading the app using mobile internet connection
• Data charges apply for the app usage while using mobile internet connection and are based on your plan rates
• If you use the app outside India, standard international charges will apply
