A very simple app that works like a Daily Weight Record Log Book.
You weigh yourself (preferably once a day) and record your weight using this app. You can then refer to it anytime. This app will also compute your BMI and let you know if you are within your ideal weight range. This app allows only record per day; but you can always choose to replace existing record.
There are a few settings you can configure in Settings. If you do not wish to configure it, the app will assume you are Asian and uses the Metric system (like the author).
