Could be better I would like to get notified when an article about a subject I am interested in appears Otherwise I forget I have the app

Who is the targeted user?? Cannot log in with IEEE account via the app, Web page asks credit card info up front, not recoginizing I'm a Computer Society member, not giving extra credit. I like the idea of the service, but first treat your members at least.
