What networks do you support
Currently we support Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Gmail, Yahoo, AOL, Outlook and SMS
You can add accounts by going to Settings --> Add Accounts --> Select network --> use your login and password.

What does a favorite contact mean ?
Favorite means anyone you feel is important to you and you want to get that persons messages as a priority.
When you signup we recommend favorites and also allow you to pick favorite contacts of your choice.
How do you know who my favorite contacts are
We look at number of times you message your connections and based on that we identify people who should be your favorites. We look at various factors to determine your frequency of communication.
How do I add someone as Favorite ?
Go to Settings --> Favorites --> Select contact you want to mark as Favorite
You can also mark someone as favorite from home screen:
Hold the contact on your landing screen. Action bar on top of the screen will highlight options to add someone as favorite.
I have a friend on Facebook and I also have him on Twitter, will I see his messages as 2 separate conversations.
You can merge these conversations as these are from the same person.

What is everyone
Everyone view is a view which allows to see all social and email messages in one place.
You will also be able to get chat messages and SMS via our notifications bar.
How do I share a message
Go to Everyone view
Click on "share a message" box at the bottom
Click on To field
Select network or contacts you want to send the message to
Write your message in the body
If you have selected an email in the to field you will see subject and from field. Please fill those.
