Mywellness app makes your workout experience more personal, fun and effective and help you to improve your lifestyle by allowing you to access your personal fitness data on the go. Train with the mywellness app, collect MOVEs, and get more and more active every day. MOVEs measure movement: every movement you do generates MOVEs. An example: runing for 10 minutes at low intensity accumulates about 200 MOVEs. Moreover, MOVEs scores are independent of body weight, so they are a better way of comparing your activity levels with that of your friends. The easiest and fastest way to collect MOVEs is going to a facility with equipment, sign in with your mywellness account directly on the machines and train with the best exercise programs. You can also log MOVEs manually via the mywellness app or sync with other apps such as Runkeeper or MapMyFitness.

OK, but limited in use. Works well to track programmed exercises loaded into the system. Fails to track all changes/additions made as program is personalized.

Well. As a tracker. Just jumps It drags and jumps . It has none of the weights and free weights on it. I can not get any of the other equipment on it. So it only records 1/3 of what I need it for. Bad when it's the only equipment at my gym

Difficult to navigate, not at all intuitive, keep having to enter exercises over and over, takes heaps of time if you use it in the gym. Almost useless!

Downloaded the app while in my apartment buildings gym that has only technogym equipment. After installing was told I could use NFC and just tap against equipment. NOPE. The cardio equipment just made the phone pause for a second, then did nothing. In the end I got only two machines to respond via NFC. No biggie, I log into mywellness on the treadmill directly using its own screen, and boom, when I'm done it shows up on my phone. Cool! On to the next exercise. Went to an upper body machine. NFC didn't work, but the QR code picked up the equipment type. Oh cool, it even has a pre-configured 'to-do' list telling me to do two sets of 10 reps at 35 pounds. OK, done! Oh wait, it's not adding itself to my completed exercise list on my phone... let me try adding it manually.. nope... 30 minutes later I've spent half my time trying to get my exercises from 5 different machines added to my app. Nope, only my first treadmill run is registered. Even when I go on another cardio machine and log myself in again, it's nowhere to be seen on my app. Not all the exercise equipment has a QR code or NFC. But when you try to add manually, there is no equipment listed. USELESS.
