Frustrating Switched to Napster from Spotify as didn't like being forced to sign in with Facebook etc. but am considering switching back as Napster is REALLY unreliable. It frequently cuts out mid-song (even on wifi or downloaded tracks). Track radio is great in principle, but it can really go off on a tangent – Mozart on a Black Keys station?? When it works, Napster is great and I'd really like to continue using it but only if things are sorted out soon as I don't think it's currently worth £10 a month.

Too many songs fail playback Now too many songs failing playback during play. If I go offline during playback then half the time the song fails playback and won't play again even when reconnected. A really good app being totally ruined. Would still be 5 stars but when you are paying a £10 monthly subscription these things are unacceptable

Play issues Open the app and hit play and it dosnt respond. Skip to next track after opening and it plays as normal 5 stara after fix. Also be nice to have a download all my tracks button for mass downloading after a phone system restore instead of downloading all individually again

Last update ruined the app Music has got "scratches" every 15-25 seconds. Tried to disable equalizer, preload tracks to device, use highest quality-no result. I can not listen to my music anymore ! Pls fix. Also suggestion: use preloading for next track. Dark side of the moon and other pink floyd albums should be player without a tiny pause between tacks. Thanks.

Music download cannot be stored on SD card under KitKat Under KitKat the only music download locations possible to select are /mnt/sdcard or /mnt/sdcard/Android/data/com.rhapsody.napster/files. My sd card is however /mnt/extsd. On my other Android devices (not KK) it is possible to type in another location. Please fix this problem as this makes Napster useless for my purposes by filling up the internal storage for things that belong on an external SD card. Downloaded songs hanging during playback (off-line mode) is also a problem experienced independent of the Android version and device. I really expect more stability and support for the various Android versions for 9.95€/month! Updated to latest version still not possible to store downloaded songs on SD card under KK. Downloaded songs still hang during playback (offline mode). Extremely disappointed most important problems not fixed.
