National Bank’s mobile app lets you manage your money, pay bills, transfer funds and more. Keep an eye on your finances – anytime, anywhere!
The application allows you to access all your important banking information, instantly and in real-time. You can do many of your bank transactions simply and quickly, no matter where you are.


Access

To use National Bank Mobile banking solutions, you have to be a National Bank Internet Banking Solutions subscriber. If you’re not a subscriber, call TelNat at 514-394-5555 or 1-888-483-5628. One of our agents will help you become a subscriber. Or you can visit our Web site at nbc.ca/enrolment from your computer for an optimal experience.

Features

• Get your bank balance and view activity on all your National Bank accounts;
• Transfer between these accounts;
• Pay bills;
• Use Interac® fund transfers to send money to any other Canadian financial institution account holder (using a cell phone number or email address);
• Use interactive tools to calculate your mortgage payments and evaluate your financial needs for retirement;
• Manage your Client-Card limits:
- Personalize the limits available on that card;
- Lock your client card;
• One-touch to get in touch with us:
- Talk to a customer service representative;
- Get technical help;
- Increase your MasterCard credit limit;
• Make the most of your browsing experience by using the icons on the login page and on the tab bar;
• Find a branch or an ABM using the Locator;
• Program reminders for your upcoming transactions.


Location data

We use location data obtained from your mobile device to help you find a branch or an ABM using the App Locator.


Security

Part of our security measures include collecting information about your device, such as the model and operating system to help better protect you from unauthorized transactions.


Installation terms and conditions

By installing the National Bank App on your device, you also agree to the installation of any of its automatic updates or upgrades, including but not limited to updates designed to correct a failure, protect the security of our network, enhance performance or user experience, or add functionalities. You may deactivate the automatic update/upgrade option on your device so you can install the updates/upgrades manually.

Too slow, you need to redesign it Please go native, stop using phonegap alike platforms. You and your customers deserve a better app than this one.

Works Does the job when I need to query accounts. How do you switch the language to French?
