Rude Vendor I would've purchased this App but after reviewing the comments by the vendor, I decided I'd rather spend my money else where.

Rationales are well worth it!! Most of the apps, even some books, have less than useful rationales and require you to do research to see reasoning for the answers. This app gives you great, descriptive rationales. Also the amount of questions is very impressive for a free app. For now my only issue is that some of the "select all that apply" questions have the wrong answer choice format. Some of the answers are set up like the "put steps in order" answers

Great review for the price! After reviewing some of the questions, I found some discrepancies with onset and duration for some of the insulins. For instance, all my resources (saunders, online) say that NPH has an onset of 1-2 hours (60-120min) not 30-60 mins. I wish I could flag questions more easily for review. The categories aren't very clear: musculo was more about Psych, Neuro=Pedia, etc. Still, this is rather close to the actual vagueness of NCLEX and real world nursing.
