Nectar is already one of the nation’s largest loyalty program’s, giving you points on your everyday shopping so you can spend them on the offers you deserve. Now, we’re bringing you the new Nectar points App update! Let’s start by thanking you all for sharing your feedback and suggestions with us. We’ve listened and taken your ideas on board, there will be more on offer soon, but until then, here’s what’s new…
We’re really pleased to give you more new ways to collect points on your device, other than using your card in store and all the other usual ways you have done before. Now, you can earn even more fantastic rewards, grab some offers and deals from hundreds of online stores, shops and brands whilst on the go.
When you’re not busy shopping and collecting loyalty points, you can now check your Nectar account balance on the go too, a handy and instant way to keep tabs of what you’re going to treat yourself to next. Fancy a bite to eat? Check your points and visit nectar.com to exchange them for shopping vouchers!
You’ll now get even easier access to your Nectar offers too, and where you can collect and spend them near you - by using the store location function. Not near the shops? Then still collect points with lots of online brands at Nectar eShops on your device. Even whilst you’re searching the web, you can collect even more Nectar points by using Yahoo! through the App***.

• If you’re not already a Nectar collector, why not pick up a card next time you are in Sainsbury’s, BP or Homebase and register your card online or through the App.
• Please ensure your Nectar account address details are up to date, as incorrect details can delay getting started. The quickest way is to log into ‘My account’ at nectar.com or call us direct on 0344 811 0 811.
• We’ve also worked with your feedback to simplify the log in, so you now can enter your date of birth instead of your postcode.
• Are you fully registered with us? Even if you have been collecting Nectar points for some time but not yet registered, you’re missing out on information and more great offers! Importantly, you can’t spend your points until you have registered either, so do it now at nectar.com, or using the Nectar App. This will also protect your points if your card is ever lost or stolen.
