Elf Wizard One of the very best mobile games available. Nethack combines deeply challenging game play with random dungeon and character generation. Easy to fall in love with but will break your heart time and time again. See you in Sokoban!

Falls short Unnecessarily cluttered interface. I've played Brogue and Pixel Dungeon for a long while now, and those are roguelikes with solely a small set of rules to abide, inventory items to use, and the D-pad. Nethack has all these additional keyboard commands and special axioms I have to go by that take away from the experience.

High learning curve A tutorial would be nice

Really needs a tutorial, at the very least. This game just seems really dumb and unnecessarily confusing to me, so I guess I'm missing something. Don't feel like wasting my hours learning something that went obsolete almost 30 years ago.
