Our scientists have discovered that when it comes to increasing your muscle size and strength, a body building plateau is not due to the body adapting to the weightlifting regimen. It is an entirely different adaptation. That of the body preventing itself from continuing to grow too disproportionate.
The human body uses evolutionary strategies not only to increase its muscle size and strength by adapting to its environment (such as bodybuilding training), but the body will also limit or “Plateau” its adaptability (muscle and strength gains) if it detects that it is growing outside a certain window of physical proportion. The body will not “Naturally or Normally” allow itself to become too physically disproportionate. If our body building is done incorrectly and we start to become too physically disproportionate it will limit our chances of attracting a mate. These statistical figures were developed by Dr. Ron Kilgore and are based on competitive weightlifting and powerlifting statistics from the 1960's to the present. [The App comes equipped with statistical data for men between ages 16 and 70, between the weight of 96 lbs.(43.5 kg.) and 349 lbs.(158.3 kg.)]
2. After identifying your strength percentile, the App takes all 6 strength percentile ratings and runs them through an expert dual-function algorithm to provide you the most accurate recommendation on how to prioritize your training effort for each of the 6 major muscle body groups. We call these the "Percent Effort Recommendations", and these are the key to getting your strength into proportion.
3. The App then shows you step by step, how to design your own body building workout using the Percent Effort Recommendations along with multiple approaches and examples.
