***Please ensure that you are already enrolled in Mobile Banking prior to attempting to log in through the app. To enroll in Mobile Banking, log in to Online Banking at www.northwestsavingsbank.com and select the “Mobile” tab.***

Northwest Mobile for Android™ tablets provides fast, free, and secure access to your accounts. Get balances, transfer funds, pay bills and locate offices and ATMs—24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Northwest Mobile is available to all Northwest Online Banking customers who are enrolled in Mobile Banking. If you are already enrolled in Mobile Banking, install the app on your device and log in using your existing Login ID and PIN.

Please note that, at this time, your Mobile Banking PIN is unique to Mobile Banking, and is not the same as your Online Banking password. If you find yourself locked out of Mobile Banking due to invalid login attempts, please log in to Online Banking, select the Mobile tab, and reset your PIN. You should then be able to log in through the app.

PLEASE NOTE:

• Northwest Mobile (Tablet) is currently optimized for 10” 16:9 tablets. The app is compatible with, but not optimized for, smaller tablets. Enhanced support for smaller screen sizes is planned for a future update. If you use a 7” or other size tablet, you may find that our Northwest Mobile phone app provides a preferable experience.

• Send money with Bill Pay
• Find the nearest ATM or branch using your device’s location
• Easily call Voice Banking and Customer Service for additional information or assistance
• Approve or Reject scheduled transfers and payments (Business Mobile Banking customers only)

• Advanced encryption technology protects your personal information
• Challenge questions verify your identity when you log in to your mobile device from an unrecognized device

• Mobile Banking does not display full account numbers
