After 7+ years of running Nozbe we decided to use everything we've learned so far about productivity and build new, mobile-friendly, super-fast, beautifully-designed apps that take advantage of both the desktop and mobile platforms.

You'll get easily organized with Nozbe's famously easy-to-use web interface which works on any screen size! But it gets even better, to be able to get things done anywhere, anyhow and anytime - just get free accompanying Nozbe app for your computer, smartphone or tablet.

3. Collaboration - communicate through tasks effectively!

Seriously, stop using email for managing team work. Forget CC, BCCs, forget Spam. Share projects with just a few people or your entire team, delegate tasks with just one click, attach comments to tasks or files to projects. Poor performer on 'droid I love Nozbe. I really do. I'd be lost without it on my Windows PC at work and my Macbook at home. But it's so slow and laggy on my Note 4 and Note Tab, that it makes me want to give up on it. This has been consistently poor for at least a few versions now. I'm a paid subscriber, so I'm asking that you put some of the money you're making into getting serious about Android. Please. I just don't have it in me to find yet another GTD solution right now.

I've been patient this entire time but this is just poor by Nozbe. While crashes at startup resolved is resolved, the app is still extremely slow and buggy. If the app was free, it would be one thing. but it's not and honestly if something is not done quickly, I won't be renewing my subscription. This needs a lot of improvement. The previous version was much better.

Amazing web app Literally, the android app is just the web app wrapped up in box and loaded to your phone...running 4.4 with Droid Turbo and its sluggish..ruins the Nozbe experience. But the web app is freaking awesome. Great job there devs!

Pretty but not a serious app yet after 8 years. Firstly It want's your data and it wants 8 GPB per month, but it doesn't believe you really own your data and after 8 years of existence has never provided an export option. So don't put in your data yet unless you want to be locked in. The creator is a big Apple fan and this is very consistent with that company's like of lock-in and not allowing the user direct access to files with apps of your choice. Apparently CSV export is planned in the next three months though. Also in keeping with this, the new Apple watch is revolutionary and the start of a new productivity era and Android Wear effectively non-existent. Thirdly, the apps are very nice looking and clean, but also have absolutely abysmal power-user keyboard functionality on web or windows, no undo, and the UI is slow with disparate button placement, and makes poor use of space. And no location awareness on mobile. On the positive side, it is very GTD focused, the development team and customer support are responsive and the integration with external calendars, dropbox and Evernote is second to none (no GDrive yet though.) Template projects are good to have and there is much potential for development.
