You can search for the food you want to find, or sort them in an alphabetical order. You can also see categories of food or search by what nutrients they contain. You can add foods to a favorites list and you can view the comparison of the nutritional information of two foods. ● Depending on the database, it is possible to use standard portions;

FREE APP LIMITATIONS:
● Unable to delete the databases for better space management.
● When searching for a food item, it is only possible to search data from one database.
● General search in all food groups without the ability to select only one or more specific groups;
● Only calories and a few nutrients are available (Water, Protein, Total Fat, Saturated Fat, Cholesterol, Carbohydrates, Dietary Fiber, Vitamin B1, Vitamin C, Calcium, Phosphorus, Threonine, Phenylalanine, 18:2 n-6, 18:3 n-3).
● You can only show the nutrition information per 100 g or per 100 ml of food/drink;
● The nutritional information is limited to a few nutrients;
● It is only available the DRI for men between 31 and 50 years of age
● The free app displays ads.
