Great App Love the fact you dont have to call and bug them or wait on hold and you can see the progress level of your report. Plus you can view if someone has already reported and vote it up so its not being reported multiple times again wasting employees time. Great App.

A work in progress Still cumbersome to enter report, too many steps. And why does every report requires media included? A non working street light is pretty self explanatory.
