Excellent Excellent job tool for the platform, for the technician o the go.

Needs Tweaking Does not allow checking in or out. Does not recognize key presses when called about a new WO.

its getting better Please change the behavior of the app so when a WO is declined, it doesn't appear anymore in the "New" tab. Some times I get tickets that get stuck there for days/week and there is no way for me to remove it. / The decline issue mentioned above still exist/
