Operator Name Widget supports a Text and Logo mode. It simply displays the current network operator on your home screen.
Either from menu options OR tapping on to the widget itself will open the "configuration screen". You can customize the widget properties like alignment, display style, text color, image size etc.
Widget supports below 2 modes
Any user can use this mode to display the name of currently active network operator.
Widget identifies and displays logo of network operators instead of text. Widget may not able to identify some of the network operators and in that case it will display "unknown network" logo.
We are constantly adding new logos to the widget. In case, you see "unknown network" logo instead of operator logo, then go to "configuration screen" and click on "Report Missing Logo" button to inform us. Logo requests reported through Feedback form would be served faster.
As of now application doesn't support Mobile Virtual Network Operator [MVNO]. This is because MVNO provider doesn't own the "Radio Spectrum". MVNO often uses wireless network infrastructure of other major network operators; and hence application would only display the baselined network name in such cases.
