This application is designed to aid with opioid dose conversions. Useful for the transitioning patients from IV to oral pain regimens (for example, patients who are no longer NPO after surgery) or for consolidating opioids into a simpler regimem. This app will come in handy for medical students, interns, pain management teams, and anyone who will need to quickly and easily calculate these conversions. Adjustments can be made for incomplete cross-tolerance. Opioids and opiates included:

Incomplete I would give it a zero star but I had to pick a star. It doesn't list all opioid on the market so it isn't something I would use. Look up Tapentadol.

Stupid. Once was great app. Now add is in the way of comparison opioid and no oxycontin ER or oxycodone IR. Please fix for 5 stars

Great Quick Converter Whether an HCP or a Pain patient, this App is perfect. Intuitive design, but also provides in-depth scientific data. Great for discussions with Dr's or patients, whatever the case may be.
