- To access recording functionality, an Optik HD PVR is required.
- An Optik TV account is required to log onto this service. To create your username and password, go to the Main Menu on your digital box, select Settings, Optik TV account and follow the instructions.

Not ready yet Using the "Back" button exits the app, no search results in "On-demand". Quite frustrating

Can't log on, poor customer service well this app used to work, now I can't log into it at all, it keeps saying my password is not correct, I go online to telus web site and log in with the same info, works fine.. So now I can't use the app at all. Great update....(samsung galaxy S2 and asus transformer tablet). Supposedly the developer responded to this, but I had since uninstalled the app so I cannot see tier response?? I reinstalled it, but still can't see any response.. So not the devs fault, but I'm an uninstalling it again.. This app is not worth the frustration it causes me.. Might try Rogers and their TV offerings as my contact with tells is nearly up anyway.. Sent support help request, have yet to hear back.. Service from their phone internet and TV seems the same. I feel like because I'm in contract, they don't care enough about all my services I purchase from them.. Just about every service I purchase from them seems to be cheaper or more features for similar pricing..
