Not a bad little app but there are much better ones out there for free. MyTrails free is much quicker at retrieving the OS maps at the Explorer level and has much more functionality

Pretty pointless. Since you can't download maps or parts of maps, it simply doesn't work most of the time when hiking. Unless you hike near phone masts. Poor.

Don't work for me. No map, just a black screen.

UK atlas brilliant app. use screen dumps if going to a bad reception area. adding paths is awesome for calculating distances. I use it for planning walks and canoe trails

Scaling problems Works fine as of August 2014, but scaling is poor. I want to see paths for walking, but on zooming in app changes to street map view. Only way is to pinch zoom and hold while you look at map! Used to be OK so I think modern very hi res screens are the problem.
