Colors and line weights need to be user controlled Great idea on the surface only oftentimes the lines are extremely difficult to see. It all depends on the background colors and features the contour lines are covering. As it is the lines often tend to almost be totally washed out. Can basic black be added as an optional color? Also the lines tend to be a bit on the thin side. Can the lines please be configured for different weights? Sort of the way most web sites allow users to toggle the size of text. The really sad part in all this is it didn't always be like this. Then the contour lines plugin was first put out in earlier versions of OsmAnd the lines really really popped.

Great plugin Since some remote places are not covered by contours files (e.g. Alaska) manual for building custom contours files should be provided for users who want to make them by themselves. I will give 5 stars when this will be fixed.

Mandatory extension Many thanks! This is mandatory extension to flat osmand maps for hikers, bikers, mountaineers... Idea is great but implementation not completed. Please take into account following issues: * hillshade layer tiles don't match neighbour tiles seamlessly * would be nice to have user control of hillshade layer opacity * contour lines don't match next tile seamlessly * contour lines density needs to be dependent on zoom * high precipices should be somehow represented on contour layer

Just okay I really enjoy osmand but the contours and numbers are really hard to see, espeacily against the forest service green, which is where i use the most. Please increase contrast or have user adjustment plus increase size of elevation numbers.
