The OVO energy app allows you to view statements, submit meter readings and see how much energy you’re using - wherever you are.
When your account is completely switched from your old supplier, you'll be able to use the app. Visit my.ovoenergy.com to see how far along your account is, this takes around 4 to 6 weeks after you've signed up.
OVO customers can:
Submit your meter reading anytime (using your torch so you can see even if it’s hidden away)
See how much energy you have used this month
Work out how much you’re likely to spend
Download your statements
See your account details, including which tariff you’re on
Contact OVO if you have any questions
Please note estimated usage since your last bill feature has been removed

See your balance and how long it will last
