• Top up your balance with this app (you’ll need a prepaid smart meter – if you don’t have one, ask OVO for a free installation at https://smart.ovoenergy.com/paygplus).
• See your account details.
• Add a new bank card to your account.
Are you an OVO Pay Monthly (PAYM) customer? You can:
• Use the app’s torch to read your meter if it’s hidden in a dark place.
• Submit your meter readings, anytime.
• See how much energy you’ve used
• Work out how much you’re likely to spend.
• Download your statements.
• See your account details, including which tariff you’re on.
• Contact OVO if you have any questions.

Pay Monthly Customers
• We're trialling something we're calling scan and submit where you can use your phone's camera to read your meter - depending upon your reception we may opt to keep this in or remove it in a future update. We'd love to hear your feedback on what you think about this feature.
