As an OVO Pay As You Go customer you can:
• See your balance and how long it will last
• Top up your balance via the app (this requires a prepaid smart meter - you can request a free installation via https://smart.ovoenergy.com/paygplus if you don't already have one)
• See your account details
• Add a new payment card to your account
As an OVO Pay Monthly customer you can:
• Submit your meter reading anytime (using your torch so you can see even if it’s hidden away)
• See how much energy you have used (smart meter customers are not yet fully supported, but will be in future versions)
• Work out how much you’re likely to spend
• Download your statements
• See your account details, including which tariff you’re on
• Contact OVO if you have any questions
