Love the idea of going to the fridge and scanning UPC codes to order groceries.

Love Peapod I've been using Peapod for 1.5 years, I am completely spoiled. As a working mother of 3 children heavily active in sports, I barely have enough time to clean the house, let alone grocery shop. I could go on and on about how much I love Peapod, but this rating is about the app....my only complaint is that after my delivery time has been narrowed down to the 2 hour window, I am unable to view if I chose attended or unattended. It would also be nice if you could schedule box pick up via the app.

Convinient but fruits and veggies can be iffy. There should also be an easier way to verify order received against order placed.

The app constantly has to be uninstalled and reinstalled because it loses internet connection. Nothing else we use with our internet connection has a problem, only Peapod.

Extra Charges The total for my order showed in my cart. When I went to checkout, I could see the fees for delivery and taxes. When it charged my Credit Card, an extra $24.09 was charged to me. There is no explication given for the extra funds being removed.

I ordered oranges and apples. I ended up having to throw out almost the entire bags of fruit because they were no good. I can't see how they did not see that these fruits were nearly rotten. The food is well over priced and they don't seem to just make money out of delivery fees but because the food is too very well over priced especially, for people who are disabled on a fixed income.
