Designed solely for personal banking customers, simply log in with your existing Online Banking details and you’re away (English language only).
Santander has also launched a new service called ‘My Offers’, which is available in this version of the app. You could earn up to 15% cashback when you shop at retailers you choose. You don’t need vouchers or codes, once you choose the offers, simply spend on your Santander credit or debit card to qualify. Switch on this service and start earning today.

You can:
- check your account balances
- transfer money between your own accounts
- view up to 4 years of transactions
- pay bills to anyone you’ve paid before
- send payments securely to people using only a mobile number
- set-up alerts for when your balance goes over or drops below a certain amount
- view your pending payments or transfers and make last minute changes
- find your nearest Santander branch in an instant, and get handy driving or walking directions.
- access to our new service My Offers
- close the app by using the home button

We’ve added more accounts to view in our app.
In this release you can now view more of your accounts under “My Accounts” although you won’t be able to complete any transactions on them just yet, this is coming soon.

Rubbish Faults are many. Looking in transactions most simply say 'Direct debit via faster payments...' So unless you can remember amount or date no chance. Why no search for who you paid. Do not think anyone used it before releasing it.

Some functionality limited The app seems OK for some basic banking, but is a bit limited in that you can't add new payees (understandable for security). Also, if your payees list is very long, the last few don't show up in the app, so often newly added payees can't be paid using the mobile app.

Very basic You simply cannot log out. I have to use task manager everytime. And you cannot perform all your banking from this app you have to go to your computer to set up a new payee for example.
