Good enough Simple book format, with some 1980's animations.

Great app. Has explanation of exercises which is very helpful. The demo should go slower, exercises are demostrated too fast, we do not have time to do it so it needs to be paused in every exercise.

Poorly done The descriptions of the exercises are written so poorly you can't understand the move unless you already know how to do it. The routine puts moves in randomly and did not account for repeating leg moves on the other side.

Hard to understand the movement
