The application PillReminder tells the user daily at a chosen time to take the BIRTH CONTROL PILL.
Contraception with 21, 22, 28, 35 or 91 pills is supported.

The Swiss Foundation SymptoTherm has purchased this app. Its aim is to draw attention to the only existing effective natural contraception method, called sympto-thermal method or Fertility Awareness method (also know as NFP). You can learn this method on sympto.org and you can use this PillReminder also as Temperature Reminder!

The goal of our Foundation is also to enhance the decision making process in the field of contraception.

HTC users: if you are still experiencing force-close issues, please disable fast boot in power settings (See http://support.verizonwireless.com/clc/devices/knowledge_base.html?id=40664 for detailed instructions).
We're aware this can be quite unpractical, however there is a simple workaround: Put your phone in airplane mode instead of turning it off.
This way you will even avoid ads if your reminder is set at wake up time!

Ok It force closes all the time and doesnt let me put the notification in the status bas

Great app but crashes few times a day This is a great app and I really like it but I think I will have to change it because it crashes a few times a day even if I am using a totally different application. I love the reminder (the log files are great, help you keep track), really easy to use. I have an HTC Desire HD

Doesn't work on 4.0 Used to love this app on my nexus one. Got really annoying with the huge ads, but now it doesn't even work on my galaxy nexus with 4.0.2. Every time I try to select a notification tone it force closes. Doesn't really help to have a silent reminder... need to find an alternative now...

Hasn't worked since ads started I'm not sure if this is a function of the ads or the fact that I upgraded from the Motorola Droid to the Samsung Galaxy Nexus, but either way the app no longer works for me. At first it was only the issue of the app force closing whenever I tried to set a sound for my reminder so that the only reminders I got were silent, but now I don't get any reminders at all and if I do get any, it's hours late. I LOVED this app and have been a loyal user for the last 3 years, but since I can't afford to miss any more pills I'm uninstalling it and finding something else to use.

Terrible new ownership. Why don't you roll back your horrible changes instead of trying to blame HTC? Obviously the force closes were caused by your poor coding and in no way HTC's fault since it worked PERFECTLY before you took over. When you try to charge for an app, the version should be better, NOT WORSE! We pay because an app is fantastic, not because we want to make it suck less. Please WAKE UP. Why are you placing ads and charging money for development that has NEVER happened? This app has exactly the same functions as before and now doesn't even work properly. I'm so disappointed to see an awesome app be ruined in your hands.
