The Progressive Overload Calculator (POCr) helps you out at the gym by estimating how much weight you should lift based on previous weight lifted and repetitions. The calculator allows you to keep that progressive overload even when alternating between high and low reps, which further helps you achieve muscle gain. It also calculate your current and projected One Rep Max (one rep at 100%).
