Can't Log In I can log in to the Century Link site, so I do know my password, but I can't log in on this app. Century Link chat support referred me to a webpage, but couldn't refer me to someone who could actually help. Sad... I didn't want to put even one star, but had to to submit the review.

I love prism. It's a new technology. It's nice to grow with the updates. I've had this service for 2 years. I've only called in a few times to get help. I love how even though it's a newer technology prism is trying to keep up with the advancements of other providers. Most people don't think about it but Centurylink is a RURAL provider. It's very amazing.
