Fitness tracking made simple, and beautiful. Seamlessly integrated with Dropbox to backup and sync your workout sessions and programs to all your devices. Progression – helping you move forward in the gym, and in life.


This is how it works
• Pick one of the many built in programs to follow.
• Build your own program from scratch.
• Workout on the fly. Adding exercises as you go and feel.

Track weights lifted throughout your workout sessions with your phone or watch. As soon as you’ve done an exercise once, it’s last used weights will be automatically inputted for you in future workouts.

Tap complete workout when you’re done and voila, after leaving a comment you’re taken to the history view where you can find your newly finished workout and all earlier workouts you’ve accomplished.

Head on over to the statistics page to view a throughout overview of your progress for each exercise, including graphs displaying your progress over time as well as specific details about your one rep max and other related stats.

Tips & Trix
• Use the rest timer to ensure you don’t rest too long or too little between sets.
• Calculate the number of each plate you’ll need for your upcoming set with the plate calculator.
• Drag handles next to input fields allow you to drag the number up and down instead of typing.
• Discover! There are over 300 built in exercises, a good chance for you to find new fun exercises to help you on your journey.
• Review workouts on your tablet, start them on your phone, and track weights on your watch.

You can now view instructional images for almost all exercises in the app! Available on the exercise details page together with a couple of other goodies.

Simple and Useful I've used a lot of different apps to track my workout, but Progression is by far the easiest to use, making it a lot more useful to me than more complicated and powerful apps such as Jefit. In particular, exercise browsing and editing workouts on the fly are really good on this app. My one wish is for it to integrate with MyFitnessPal, since I use that as a health/fitness hub. I hope Zoltan does it soon!

Best weightlifting tracker for android easily. Tried a bunch. This is the all around best one. Stronglifts is amazing but its only for its own routine. This is almost as great and you can choose from many different routines and create your own. Very intuitive and feature-filled. The only request I have at this point is to have a way to add and automatically calculate warm up sets.

Great app Tried several apps before finding this. Easy to log while working out, pretty intuitive. 2 enhancements to make it perfect: an option to disable the floating rest timer, and the ability to put notes on an exercise (not just a set). Really like it!

Good app, replaced abandoned GymRat app for me My only problem is that there doesn't seem to be a way to add past workouts, would be nice to migrate all my old data to have graphs all in one place. Also would like to see an option to export data as .CSV for backup and to load into excel. This would make it a 5 star app for me but still good.

Love it I really love this, more a question than a comment. Will you be adding more schedules or will just be what is there and what ever the user makes themselves? I got my friend on this app today and straight away he was a fan he pointed out thou you don't have the likes or bikes treadmill, cross trainer ect in the excise area I hadn't noticed being I put my cardio in the comments, will you be adding them out of curiosity? Thanks again 5star app.
