Pull-up is program designed to help you improve your upperbody strength and the amount of pull-ups you can do.
Pull up is like a free personal trainer that helps you to get into better shape.

Pullup has 6 different difficulty levels from beginner to more advanced trainer. After you have completed one difficulty you should be strong enough to move to the next one. After completing the hardest difficulty you should be able to do over 20 pull-ups .

Pullups are one of the greatest upperbody exercises you can do at home with only pull-up bar required. Pull-up is one of the exercises that is used in fitness tests.

Pull-ups Rock Good.app. This is a good app to help you build up your ability to do pull-ups. Could do with less invasive adds.

The problem with these chain of apps for me is it doesnt suggest rest time ? Or if it does im too simple to see it

Good motivation! Good app. However the difficulty of the workouts are way off from your actual level of strength. For example, I just completed level 5 and according to the app my maximum should be around 16. I could hardly finish level 5 and I can do around 25 max. Still, it's a good progressive workout!
