Pull-up is program designed to help you improve your upperbody strength and the amount of pull-ups you can do.
Pull up is like a free personal trainer that helps you to get into better shape.

Pullup has 6 different difficulty levels from beginner to more advanced trainer. After you have completed one difficulty you should be strong enough to move to the next one. After completing the hardest difficulty you should be able to do over 20 pull-ups .

Pullups are one of the greatest upperbody exercises you can do at home with only pull-up bar required. Pull-up is one of the exercises that is used in fitness tests.

Good motivation! Good app. However the difficulty of the workouts are way off from your actual level of strength. For example, I just completed level 5 and according to the app my maximum should be around 16. I could hardly finish level 5 and I can do around 25 max. Still, it's a good progressive workout!

Best app However I work with weights, this workout have its own unique effect on free movements especially like a person guides being near. Thank you so much. i just loved it

Good app but... Cud be better Love the app. One small improvement would be to have multiple cycles going on at one time instead of having to start a new one and losing all the progress
