Pushy is great fun for young and old alike. As the music plays, you'll get an action to perform. It could be to press one of the colored buttons or it could be to flip your device or even to shake your device. But hurry up. If you do it too slow -- or perform the wrong action, its game over. The higher your score, the faster the game -- how high can you get before you can't keep up?
A great way to teach colors and the physical actions and music keep it interesting for everyone.
Notes: Shaking your device or flipping it when you haven't been asked to will count against you. Be careful moving the tablet back and forth to the music. The current version has strict mode turned off which will make ignore unexpected flip and shakes.
Also, don't shake too long or hold the flip too long. You'll hear a tone when you do the right thing. Stop shaking or return the device to its original orientation or you will lose! Keeping strict mode off will also prevent this from happening.
In addition, your screen rotation must not be locked for the device to detect flipping.
There are several background images and music that are selected at random for each game. You can also turn off sound or music if you prefer and the program will remember you choices (along with the 5 highest scores).
Options to prevent asking for shake or turn (or both). By default shake and turn are enabled. Note that for turning to work, your screen has to reorient when you turn your device. If you have portrait or landscape locked, you either need to disable turning in the game or turn off the lock while you play.
