PWMaker is Pulse-Width Modulation Generator
The application use for generate PWM pulse on IOIO board for any device which controlled with PWM. The frequency on this app has ranged from 1Hz to 10,000Hz. You can setting by use duty cycle or pulse width as you like. When you connect your android with IOIO board and press "Start" button. IOIO Board will generate pulse as you set.

Explain : PWM or Pulse-width modulation is a commonly used technique for controlling power to inertial electrical devices, made practical by modern electronic power switches.
This application use PWM on Port 45 of IOIO board

Bad Can not tell what the app does from the the video. The serial data controlled LCD has nothing to do with the PWM!
