QCast Music - Party Playlists

QCast Music - Party Playlists

QCast Music creates effortless party playlists. Build a collaborative playlist of songs that all of your friends like and enjoy the music on your Chromecast or any computer. When you host a party, everyone can add their favorite songs to the queue, and downvote those they don't like - if a majority is reached, the song is automatically skipped. Guests can remove their own songs. The host maintains the option to swipe all songs away to remove them, skip to the next track, and control volume.

QCast works on all Android devices 4.0.3 and later. The host needs a Google account to log in and access songs uploaded to Play Music or through an All Access subscription.

Fantastic idea! Perfect for parties! We use this app everyday at work. We are 3 working in the same office space and we were always fighting about who choose the music. Now with this app no more fighting, Its Democratic! I use this app for parties, road trips, At home. Nice GUI since last update. A must have!

Works great Works great, but I have a 250 song playlist for our parties and the app has no option randomize it. Also if a friend adds songs to such a big playlist, it gets added towards the bottom, so they will never hear their song. An option to be able to set how far out requested songs get played would be nice, such as after 3 songs or something like that. As it stands now, I can only add a few songs at a time if I want people to be able to hear their own songs. This requires too much upkeep from me.

I love it. 2 suggestions: playing playlists from the host's device, and connecting to the host device via Bluetooth. This would revolutionize long car ride. Regardless of what happens, thank you for the awesome app!
