Permissions Explanation:
Call Phone: If you add an app that makes a phone call this is needed.
Access Wifi/Change Wifi: Required for the Wifi Toggle
Bluetooth/Bluetooth Admin: Required for the Bluetooth Toggle
Vibrate: Required for the Vibrate Toggle
Write Settings: Required for the Auto Rotate, Brightness and Airplane Toggles

Android Market Comments
Great for dock menus Gives a "Start" like menu if used in the dock (Apex launcher). Easier multi-selection for configuration and providing activity shortcuts for each menu would make it 5 stars.

Nice. Would like more icons...would b nice to auto remove a shortcut if u uninstall an app...too many steps.
