QuickSnap Camera

QuickSnap Camera

By popular request, we're releasing the camera that was included in older versions of Lightbox as a standalone app.

If you directly run Quick Snap, it behaves like a simple camera app and saves photos to your phone's Camera folder. There are no filters/effects or photo editing tools. There is an experimental feature to disable the camera shutter sound, but this may not work on all phones.

If you would like to apply effects to your photos & share them online, then you can use QuickSnap with the Lightbox app (see "More from developer" section).

When you run Lightbox, go to the Settings page and tap on "Clear default camera." The next time you take a photo with Lightbox, you will be presented with QuickSnap as one of the camera choices.

Works and simple for kids. I got this app to use in kids place child lock app. It is the simplest camera app I found, and it saves photos in a separate file location so I don't have to worry about the kids messing with my photos. All the other apps I looked at had way too many options, to confusing for little kids. Basically this app has one button to take a photo that is prominent for kids to notice, and a few little buttons for settings and zoom and switch from rear to front cameras. The little photo thumbnail takes kids to their pics only, when using this app in kids place they can't access other photo files.

Hands down the best camera app. I have gone through dozens and dozens of free camera apps. This is simply the best free camera app to take quick clear pictures.
