Works as advertised! I think the amount of time it would take to wedge dropbear onto my phone every time I flash my phone is easily worth $1.50.

It might work for some applications, but it sucks for ADB shell access - doesn't handle cursor sequences properly, so you can't use cursor/home/end keys. Non-responsive dev.

Great app. Who needs cables. Don't forget to mount system r/w to gain access to system\app

Any chance it will work for 5.x Lollipop ? Android 5.x Lollipop requires all the native binary apps to be compiled as PIE (Position Independent Executable). The quicksshd binaries aren't PIE-compliant, so they don't run at all. I was satisfied with Quicksshd but now it's a total failure. Any chance that it will be fixed soon ? Pavel

Does not work on 4.0+ without workaround. Won't work on 5 at all. Hasn't updated in 4 years. I was able to get it to work on Ice Cream Sandwich through KitKat by renaming the dropbear binary and replacing it with a script using the correct umask (requires root), but with Lollipop it now fails to launch with an error starting only position-independent executables are supported.
