HOW IT WORKS
Consider the research that most nicotine cravings last only five or ten minutes at a time -- if a person can alter the chewing behavior slightly, then the addiction to nicotine can be broken!

Next, we explain how to quit dip easier using the tracking system.

The application helps the user to track each chew and then tells them when they are allowed to have the next one. By relying on the application to tell the user when they can or can't chew, it slowly alters the addictive behavior in a good way -- thus allowing the user to no longer be under the spell of nicotine cravings.

After each chew is tracked, the time between dips is slowly increased. This results in a slow decline in number of chews per day and ultimately decreases nicotine dependence to the point where the user feels comfortable to sever all ties to smokeless tobacco and QUIT FOR GOOD!

Awesome I love it. I gave it 4 stars and I'll tell you why: I wish it kept track of how many dips I took per day and logged it, that way I could look back and see my progress. Other than that one suggestion, I think it's great.

Good premise. I think it's got the right idea. Needs some extra tweaking. For instance after you take a dip it immediately starts counting time without a dip. Needs to have a time dip was removed. Not everyone holds a dip for the same amount of time. In the end I started trying to quit with it but got tired of waiting to really start reducing my intake. Ended up quiting cold turkey within three days. Successfully.

Works great The very thing I was looking for. I been Dipping 8 years and I feel motivated to quit. I know with this program I will be able to. The only that I wish could work is with the clock. For example I will click I dip at 6pm and it will say next dip at 9:59pm I dip about 18 times a day.

Day light Savings Time killed me. First off love the app it has really helped, but it will not switch to Daylight Savings Time, how do I switch it? Other then that it's great. Would give it 5 stars for sure with this fix,,,,,, update, fixed,, thanks :)

Initial install I'm rating this just on the initial setup, as I've just downloaded it. Dipping is a terrible habit I picked up in the Marines and I hope it works. Install was easy and the app is lightning fast. Having it track my current use rather than going cold turkey with a spam of health propaganda is a help. My mind is ready to quit, but my body isn't. The statistics tracker is great, it gives me something to look forward to and work at rather than just thinking about needing a dip. Will review again later.
